Frequently asked questions
Clear answers to common questions about how we work, what we offer and how engagements are typically structured.
Answers
If you have a question that isn’t covered here, feel free to get in touch — initial conversations are informal and without obligation.
Do you work with small businesses and larger organisations?
Yes. We work with small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and established organisations. While smaller businesses are often easier to engage with directly, our approach and systems are designed to scale and suit more complex environments as well.
Are you a web design or SEO agency?
No. We’re a technology services company focused on building and supporting reliable digital systems. We do provide website, mobile development and SEO as part of our offering, but always within a wider context of system design, performance, security and long-term maintainability.
Can you provide SEO as a standalone service?
Yes. We offer SEO audits and ongoing optimisation as standalone engagements. In many cases, SEO work highlights opportunities to improve site structure, performance, or underlying systems. Where appropriate, we can support those improvements — but there’s no obligation to expand beyond SEO.
Do you only build new systems, or can you work with existing ones?
We regularly work with existing websites, mobile applications and internal systems. This can include audits, improvements, performance work, security reviews, or incremental development. Not every project requires a rebuild and we’ll always recommend the most practical option.
How do you approach AI and automation?
We focus on practical, measured use of AI where it genuinely improves productivity or decision-making. This includes guidance on tools and prompts, workflow integration and building custom systems that make appropriate use of AI capabilities — without introducing unnecessary risk or complexity.
Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance?
Yes. Many of our client relationships are ongoing. We provide structured support for websites, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, internal tools and related systems to ensure they remain secure, reliable - aligned with changing business needs.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
We’re based in Berkshire and work with organisations locally and beyond. Most of our work is delivered remotely, which allows us to support clients regardless of location while maintaining clear communication and accountability.
What does the initial engagement usually involve?
Initial engagements typically start with a conversation to understand your goals, existing systems and constraints. From there, we may recommend an audit, a short discovery phase, or a clearly scoped piece of work — depending on what’s most appropriate.
How do we get started?
